    Ingredients

    • 6 strips Hahn’s Bacon
    • 12 scallops
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
    • Toothpicks or small skewers

    Method

    1
    1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Soak your toothpicks in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning in the oven.
    2. Cut each strip of bacon in half. Remove side muscles from scallops and then pat dry.
    3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop and secure with a toothpick. Place secured scallops on a greased and lined baking sheet.
    4. Drizzle scallops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
