
Ingredients
- 6 strips Hahn’s Bacon
- 12 scallops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Toothpicks or small skewers
Method

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Soak your toothpicks in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning in the oven.
- Cut each strip of bacon in half. Remove side muscles from scallops and then pat dry.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop and secure with a toothpick. Place secured scallops on a greased and lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle scallops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
