- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1/3 lb Hahn’s fully cooked corned beef or 1/3 lb Hahn’s pastrami
- 2 slices of swiss cheese
- 4 oz Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tablespoons sauerkraut or coleslaw
Add dressing to both slices of bread.
Put a slice of swiss cheese on each slice of bread.
Heat the corned beef or pastrami to desired temperature and place on one slice of bread.
If desired, heat and then add the sauerkraut or coleslaw and put remaining slice of bread on top and serve.
