Hahn’s Hickory Smoked Bacon Lollipops

    • 2 lbs. Hahn’s Famous Slab Bacon
    • ½ cup Stonewalls Maple Syrup


    1. Cube slab bacon into ½ inch cubes and fry on all sides until lightly browned.
    2. Remove any bacon grease from pan and add maple syrup.
    3. Continue to braise bacon in syrup until cubes are covered and caramelized.  Spear 2 cubes with a toothpick to serve as “lollipops”.
    4. REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS – Who are we kidding? There will be none left over!
    5. ENJOY!
