ALL HAHN’S HAMS ARE “FULLY” COOKED. However, we recommend baking them to release a richer, juicer flavor.
Allow ½ lb. per person.
Ham Heating Instructions – Guidelines Only!
ALWAYS check internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place on a rack, covered in a shallow pan with water covering bottom of pan.
Cook until internal temp is 140. Allow 12-15 minutes per lb. for a whole ham and 15-18 minutes per lb. for halves.
