Cook in skillet over low heat. Turn frequently allowing slices to brown evenly.
Place separated slices on rack in shallow pan. Place in pre-heated 375°F oven for 12 minutes until lightly browned. No turning required.
Line microwave safe dish with 4 paper towels, layer bacon in a single layer, not touching and cover with 2 paper towels. Continue to layer, if cooking more bacon, making sure the top layer is covered with paper towels. Microwave on High for 3-4 minutes, adding 30 seconds at time to achieve desired crispiness.
