Bacon Wrapped Dates


    • 8 slices Hahn’s bacon
    • 16 dates
    • 4 ounces cheese of choice (blue cheese, goat cheese, feta)
    • Toothpicks


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Slice dates open lengthwise in order to remove the pit.
    3. Stuff each date with a spoonful of cheese and press closed.
    4. Cut each slice of Hahn’s bacon in half so there’s a total of 18 pieces of bacon.
    5. Wrap each date with a piece of bacon and secure closed with a toothpick.
    6. Arrange on a lined and greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
    7. Remove and flip each date before returning to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the bacon is browned.
    8. Serve and enjoy!
